I have a passion for health and well-being and a desire to inspire and empower people to take action in this area. Spiritual, mental and physical health all lead to greater well-being.

I believe that God has a plan for each person’s life. Every human being is valuable and has something to offer this world no matter what has happened in their life up to now. No matter how many mistakes they have made. No matter how they feel or what their circumstances are currently.

My speciality is in positive psychology, which focuses on what’s right with people, what’s good. Positive psychology does not ignore the difficulties of life; neither does it push positivity in an unhealthy way.
