I have a passion for health and well-being and a desire to inspire and empower people to take action in this area. Spiritual, mental and physical health all lead to greater well-being.

I believe that God has a plan for each person’s life. Every human being is valuable and has something to offer this world no matter what has happened in their life up to now. No matter how many mistakes they have made. No matter how they feel or what their circumstances are currently.

On my personal well-being journey, which is ongoing for life, I have studied Health Psychology at post graduate level and Positive Psychology at MSc level; I’ve read and continue to read books and articles; I listen to health and well-being podcasts and motivational, faith building talks. I want to share what I learn so that you can be empowered with knowledge to take action for yourself. I would advise you to do your own research also and find out what is best for you.

I have a background in therapy and teaching, both of which I enjoyed very much. I hold a Bsc in Psychology, a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Psychology and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
